What a beautiful location and - bonus - a private garage. Parking is a luxury in this town! We stayed in #6 which is the perfect size for two people and had everything we needed. One item of note about this particular space is it is underneath the balcony of the condo that's above it. We heard folks moving lounge chairs, kids running back and forth, and the balcony door closing quite clearly. The host offered to reach out to those guests if the noise persisted or became truly bothersome. Fortunately, that was not necessary. If we return to Laguna, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Any issues were resolved as soon as possible by the host. This property is not only managed well, but it has the ever-desirable "location, location, location." The two balconies for the villas are well maintained with jaw dropping views. There are steps directly to the beach! Walk out the front, and you are moments away from all Laguna has to offer. Highly recommend - book it! You won't regret it.

This was the perfect place to stay in Laguna Beach! The view from the location is breathtaking, the unit was squeaky clean, the furniture was very comfortable (notably comfy!), the garage parking was very nice, everyone who we spoke with was lovely, and the value was on par with the quality of the unit and experience. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night! We will absolutely be back 😊

This was a lovely place, as advertised! The actual unit is difficult to locate, especially in the dark. Would suggest using less fragranced laundry products, like naturally fragranced or fragrance free. Otherwise, beautiful, clean, great location, & good communication.

Really happy with the stay in Djakarta. Was a perfect place to host family and friends for a beach day home base. Facilities were beautiful and the common spaces were lovely to hang out in. Very pleased with my stay!

While the furniture & curtains are definitely worn down, it did not detract from our overall experience. I would recommend more toilet paper and paper towels...other than that...we will absolutely be back. Absolutely Wonderful experience!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying in this villa! The place was spotless, beautiful location, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and easy.

My husband and I visited for a mini honeymoon vacation and it was worth everything! The front desk was super nice and helpful, as well as the responses back if we messaged them. It was so relaxing and a beautiful property! We definitely will be coming back! We loved our stay

I stayed at Laguna Beach Villa with my family, and it was absolutely beautiful! It's the perfect place to rest and recharge. The villa has a balcony with an amazing view of the ocean, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves felt so peaceful and relaxing—like sleeping right under the ocean. Everything about the place made our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We had a great stay at Calypso. The villa was very nice, clean and looked like its photos. The direct beach access is amazing! And the open patio overlooking the ocean was so nice to sit out and relax on. We really enjoyed our stay there and would return the next time coming to Laguna.

Nice host! Nice space! Lively shared balcony that over looks the beach however the AC is not good. It's too hot in there and doesn't cool down the place. However everything else was great.

This little spot was absolutely PERFECT for 2 we spent a month soaking up the sun the waves and the magical sunsets.
Very accommodating staff on the property that kept the deck cleaned was just AMAZING and super friendly. We will definitely be back. Also this location has a huge wide open vista of unobstructed views! Priceless and worth it!!

Ocean View, beach access and sunsets stunning. Great location to shops, restaurants. Kitchen supplied well. Two types of coffee makers! Nice bathrooms. Nice inside and patio EXCEPT some furniture worn, deferred maintenance issues - water damage ceiling and torn carpeting master bedroom etc. With a few upgrades/ maintenance this would be 5 star!

This was a GREAT place to stay! Beach front, clean, had everything we needed (including beach towels, chairs, cookware, extra pillows/bedding, etc.), and was in a perfect location.

We were able to walk to the grocery store right across the street and walked to the Pageant of the Masters.

Our stay at Villa Laguna was wonderful & hopefully can return soon. The villa had the most amazing views from the terrace. Inside, the kitchen was equipped with awesome appliances and every gadget you could imagine. The location was in the middle of everything you would want to do in Laguna. You can walk to all the restaurants & shopping with some beautiful art galleries.

This is a perfect and beautiful location in Laguna beach! It's located directly on the sand and has easy access to the beach. You can walk anywhere and have your pick of fantastic restaurants! Grocery store across the street for ease! Our host was very responsive and helped us with early and late Check out! It was a great place for my Son, daughters and my grandsons 1st birthday to meet up and just have a wonderful family experience together! We also had a beautiful family photo done on the beach in front of us! The parking was also fabulous and safe! Thanks again for a wonderful time and perfect stunning location!

This was a stunning location with incredible views, and I absolutely loved every minute of my stay!

I can't think of a more beautiful place to stay - your own private beach, a giant deck with tables, chairs and loungers with an incredible view of the ocean. The beds were so comfortable I texted the host to ask for the brad of pillows they use - I like to stay at luxurious homes and this home is definitely a place I'll be returning. Fully stocked kitchen, beautifully designed home throughout. The most popular sea food restaurants overlooking the ocean are a 2 and a 5 minute walk - can't beat this location.

Our stay in the Lanai Villa was very nice. All was comfortable and just as described. The patio was very nice and we mostly had the space to ourselves. Our only issue was having no hot water for showers Sunday morning when I had to get ready to meet cousins for brunch. It ran for 20 minutes before it got hot and since I hate to waste water, I took a cold shower! My partner got a bit more hot water after me, but still not as hot as it was the rest of the time we were there. Bad timing. Other than that, all was great.

Steps away from the beach, peaceful and quiet. You also get a your own private garage for parking, I was able to fit my lifted truck in which was surprising. Overall awesome place to stay. We will definitely be coming back.

Great place! I paid a lot become it was over 4th of July weekend but it was pristine with direct beach access. Loved the common areas that we could use. Loved it!

The communication was excellent and the location was great for everything we wanted to do here.

Thjs is a great place. A little of a hassle to have to check in across the street. Also based on the photos I thought our room had an ocean view. It did not. The property is on the ocean but not all have views. The place is very clean but has more of a hotel feel. There were cooking utensils but zero spices or anything you'd expect in a typical Airbnb. We were happy to eat our so it was not an issue. Great location. Nice to have parking available. Just wish our room could have had an ocean view because that is what we expected based on photos. Overall a great experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunset Cove Villas, and hope to make this an annual vacation trip for our family. We have 2 little kids (3 year old and 6 month old), so we stayed in the 1 bedroom Lanai and it was everything we needed for a week stay. The unit itself was very clean and even though it didn't have a deck, there were still pretty views of the ocean from the bedroom. We loved and used the shared common spaces, and having access to laundry was great with littles. My toddler and I loved going on the deck and watching all the sea birds! It's very centrally located and walkable to downtown Laguna, and having the grocery store across the street was very convenient. We didn't even rent or need a car - just Ubers! My only feedback is the kitchen could be better stocked with cooking supplies. I'm used to having a better outfitted kitchen since I cook a lot, but that's not a big issue for us to not come back for another stay. Would definitely recommend if you're going to Laguna!

We loved our stay here. The view and direct access to the beach, the pool, and the home itself made for a great summer vacation with the family. This spot was steps away from where my husband and I got married nearly 8 years ago. We ended up extending our stay and had a great time!

This was truly one of my favorite stays in Laguna Beach! The villa is perched right on the oceanfront with breathtaking, unobstructed views and direct beach access—just steps from the sand. The location couldn't be more ideal: a short stroll to Main Beach, and surrounded by top-notch dining, charming cafés, and boutique shops. Once we arrived, we never needed to get back in the car—everything we needed was right at our doorstep.

We stayed in the Majorca Villa, which was beautifully designed with a clean, modern coastal vibe. It had plenty of space to spread out, and the oversized jetted tub in the master bathroom was such a relaxing bonus. The two private decks were perfect for morning coffee and sunset views, and the gas grill made for easy, fun meals at home.

Sunset Cove Villas exceeded expectations in every way. If you're looking for luxury, convenience, and the quintessential Laguna Beach experience, this is the place!

We really love staying at this place. The amenities were fantastic. The views and the common areas were amazing. Beautiful sunsets every evening from the master bedroom balcony or the common area overlooking the beach. We saw many dolphins just from the balcony. Easy access to the beach down a single flight of stairs. Another great bonus is the location which is right across the street from Ralphs supermarket. The place was very quiet and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely stay there again.

Amazing location. Not sure it gets any better. Walkable to the beach and all Laguna landmarks. Lounge chairs, umbrella and beach towels were all provided. Private parking garage. Make sure to take the shuttle around town, it's free!

Perfect way to experience Laguna. Beautiful views of the ocean, which is just steps away, and you're a short 5-7 minute walk into the village. Driftwood Kitchen is 1 minute walk from your door for a sunset drink or gourmet meal. Note- there are many stairs to get to and from the villa from the garage/street, so keep that in mind if you have any mobility issues. We had a great overall experience!

The location was breath taking right on the beach great access as we brought the babies 2 French bulldogs that loved the view as well. Walkable to downtown Laguna for eating and shopping. We usually stay at Montage but opted for a unit to make Thanksgiving dinner and enjoy the family all together. I can't say enough about the location for sure.

Check in and check out is across the street at the 14 Hotel. John, the host, was responsive and communicated quickly. We definitely look forward to coming back.

Our stay at the villa was everything we hoped it would be! The property looked exactly like the photos, and it was very special to wake up to the sound of the waves each morning with the convenience of walking down a flight of stairs directly to the beach (especially with two young kids). We could walk to lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and ice cream. The space itself was large with a nice full kitchen making our stay super convenient. The grounds are very well cared for with staff always maintaining the property. Thank you!

This location is stunning, and the walkability to certain restaurants is great. The AC works well in the bedrooms, could be stronger in the living room. Overflow parking was initially confusing but the host helped us resolve this quickly. Overall, this unit is great for a girl's weekend, or you can even reserve the additional units on the property for a family getaway.

The villa had all the amenities, great space, well equipped kitchen, and best of all, an amazing, beautiful ocean front view, with easy access to the beach! My family and I, including my husky, had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the sound of the ocean waves, the gorgeous sunsets, and the overall serenity of the place. Perfection!
